Medical
Massage is results oriented and the treatment is
specifically directed to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and
prescribed by
a Physician.
The therapist may use a variety of modalities or procedures during the
treatment, but will focus the Medical Massage treatment only on the areas of the body
related to the diagnosis and prescription. Payment is expected up front but we will gladly work with you for insurance re-imbursement. Health Savings Account debit card's are accepted.
Medical Massage is useful in addressing conditions such as:
- Sciatica
- Piriformis syndrome
- Rotator cuff injuries
- Pain associated with bulged or injured spinal disks (medical massage cannot 'fix' the disk, but can help alleviate much of the pain associated with the injury).
